ABOUT SNUS & SNUSDADDY

Who's Snusdaddy?
Snusdaddy is a fictional character who reflects the founders' great passion in life, snus and nicotine pouches. Snusdaddy aims to offer Swedish snus and nicotine pouches worldwide.
Where are you located?
We are located in Sweden, the home and motherland of snus and nicotine pouches!
What is snus and nicotine pouches?
Both products (except loose snus) are pouches that you place under the lip to enjoy the flavor of the contents and effects of the nicotine they contain. The main difference between snus and nicotine pouches is that snus (categorized as Snus (Original Portion), White Portion and Loose) contains tobacco while nicotine pouches are 100% tobacco free.
How do I use it?
Pick up a pouch from the can and place it under your lip, top lip is recommended. Once in the mouth, you can leave it there up to 60 minutes, depending how long the pouch lasts and your personal preference.
Can I chew it?
No, you should not chew on it. The product is meant to be placed under the upper lip and chewing the pouch will either break the pouch or greatly limit the intended effect of the product.
What do they contain?
Snus contains tobacco as its main ingredient with a few additives such as flavorings, salts, water and humectants.
Nicotine pouches on the other hand generally contain a mixture of nicotine, water, flavorings, sweeteners and plant-based fibers.
How long do they last?
They can last about an hour, but how long you keep it under your lip is personal. 10-30 minutes is somewhat a general time we'd keep it up there.
Keeping the product fresh.
There is no requirement to store the nicotine goods anywhere but at room temperature as long as they are sealed. Once opened, it starts losing effect and flavor after a couple of days.
For tobacco however, we would recommend keeping the product in the fridge or even the freezer to have them last longer, but it's definitely not a requirement.

USING THE SITE AND MAKING ORDERS

What payment options do you offer?
Currently we offer the choice between Visa or Mastercard which can also be used through Apple Pay.
My payment didn't go through, what do I do?
It depends a little bit what the reason for the transaction being stopped is.

The reason that's most often the culprit, is the bank stopping the transaction. This is due to many reasons. Foreign transaction, unverified payment, fraud alert, etc. In some of those cases, it can work just by trying a little bit later, but most of the time contacting the bank is enough to have the problems resolved and for a transaction to work.
I got an error ordering but my money has been deducted.
If this happens to you, get in touch with us and we'll make sure to get it resolved. Most of the times, the payment and the order has gone through to our systems, but it may redirect you to an empty cart or other part of the site that doesn't reflect the fact that this is happening. No matter what, you can wait a short while as an order confirmation should arrive, but after that, please get in touch.
Should I be receiving an order confirmation when the payment has gone through?
Yes, you should receive one within just a few minutes. If you haven't, make sure to check your spam filter or trash folder as it can end up there. Some mailbox providers (including Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those and other filters you might have enabled. If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame you are more than welcome to contact us for further help at [email protected]!

If you were logged in to your account when you placed your order you can always go to My Account and view your orders.
How is my credit card data handled?
All payments are made securely via NETS. You can read more about NETS on their website, www.nets.eu.
What happens to my personal information?
Your privacy is important to us and we handle your personal information in a careful manner. We use your information to process your order as efficiently as possible. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your express consent. However, in order to ensure a fast and smooth processing of your order, our partners get access to parts of your contact information. This applies, for example, to banks that handle payment or transport companies. We share only the smallest possible data.

In addition to handling your order, your personal information may be used in our marketing, such as product recommendations or discounts that we think you may be interested in.

You can always get information about the information we store about you free of charge. The storage of your information takes place in a legal manner. If there is no legal requirement for continued storage of your data and the information is no longer required to complete your purchase with us, you can request that your personal data be deleted.

You can object at any time to the use of your personal data for marketing or other measures. Send us a message at [email protected] and we will take care of this.
How do I search for a specific item?
Simple as pressing the magnifying glass icon and go at it! You'll find the products you need and much more with out AI-powered search function.
Item out of stock, what to do?
There are three options here. One is to come back from time to time and check our stock, but you don't need to do that anymore. I like option two, where you sign up for stock updates for the product in question and you'll receive a notice when your favorite product is back in stock. Option number three to contact us and see when we might have it back, but generally the most convenient and efficient option is number two. In either case, we'll happily help you out!
How about discontinued products?
Producers stopping production for your favorite products? Hate it when it happens. Once discontinued, there's not much we can do besides trying to point you in the right direction.
On our site you can look for that discontinued product that you adore and we'll have you redirected to the one we think fits best as an alternative. Besides that, you can always contact us for more inspiration!
Placing an order
Follow the steps to place an order:

Find the items you want to buy, chose how many pieces you like, and press Add to Cart. The items will move to the cart at the top of the right side. In your cart you will find an overview of all the items you have added. You can change quantity with the + and – symbols. When you are pleased with your selection, click on Proceed to Checkout and complete your order.
Once in the checkout, fill in the necessary information to receive the shipping options. Choose the one that fits best and proceed to fill in the rest of your shipping information.
When this is done, you will be presented with our payment options where you need only press the Apple Pay button or fill in your card information and then proceed to accept the terms and press buy. You may need to verify the payment and all banks have different ways to do so.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Sweden.
Do you ship your products to my country?
If you are uncertain if we ship to your country, try to add some products to your cart and go to the checkout. If you receive an error message once the initial information is filled, we can't help you, but if you don't, we can offer our services. Make sure to read the answer to the question below as well before proceeding.
What import rules and customs regulations apply to my country?
Regarding import rules and customs regulations for your country, we must ask you to review what applies yourself, as we can not help with this at Snusdaddy. You as the buyer are responsible for finding out information regarding import rules and customs regulations for snus. Any fees such as customs fees and taxes must be paid by the recipient in your own country and even here you as the customer have your own responsibility. Snusdaddy disclaims all responsibility for any reimbursement or sending of replacement goods if the goods have been seized at customs.

Import taxes for shipments to the USA are paid in full by Snusdaddy, meaning there are no hidden fees coming up after the checkout process is finalized.
Do I need to sign for the package?
In order to assure that our products don't get into the wrong hands, an adult signature is required upon delivery and what is considered an adult signature differs between countries, regions and even states.
I'm old enough to receive the package, but my daytime job or activities don't allow me to be present upon delivery. What can I do?
This is a common issue and very understandable. Get in touch with our team and we'll find a way to have that resolved.
I'm travelling and want some products shipped to me, can I order to a hotel or another type of living where my name isn't registered?
You can indeed! However, if you are somewhere for a limited amount of time, know that we can never guarantee that delivery is made within the timespan that may be expected. Things may happen on the way which we don't have control of and that may cause delay. Changing addresses and coordinating delivery is no simple task while on the move. Therefore if you have ordered while travelling, we cannot offer a refund if the delivery doesn't go to plan due to you not being present.
So, what can delay my shipment?
A lot unfortunately, but trust me when I say that is not generally the case.
Things that may delay your shipment are things like weather, machine failure, sorting error, address correction required, missing information, customs, errors at the warehouse. Therefore the estimated delivery times advertised are not in any way guaranteed, rather a general expectation.
When is my order being shipped?
Either the same day or next business day, depending on what time the order was made. This may differ for Postnord where processing may take slightly longer from time to time.
In Sweden, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days and we do have some national holidays to have a lookout for as well where our shipping suppliers simply don't pick goods up and we can't have them shipped. As an example, if your order was made on Friday after a certain time of day, your order will be shipped on Monday after the weekend and there is nothing we can do about it.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Due to the requirement of an adult signature upon delivery, we cannot offer delivery to PO boxes. We try to monitor if an address is referring to a PO box, but sometimes these orders slip through. We cannot take responsibility for this and the customer will either have to provide another address or be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment.
I entered the incorrect address, what do I do now?

Provide the order number and any information that needs changing and we'll do our best to have it resolved on time.
Shipping providers, who are they, what do they offer?
We mainly use UPS for our deliveries, so let's go through that first.
Our fastest and best in terms of tracking where you can see what happens every step of the way.

Delays happen, but general delivery times are as follows:

Outside of EU:

UPS Saver:
Fast and affordable shipping option. 2-7 business days depending on destination. USA minimum 2 days. Asia minimum 3 days.

UPS Express:
The fastest option at Snusdaddy, 2-7 business days depending on destination.

Within EU & UK:

UPS Standard:
Fast and reliable option for less urgent shipping. 2-5 business days depending on destination.

UPS Saver:
Fast and affordable shipping option. 1-5 business days depending on destination. Often only 2 days to closer destinations.

UPS Express:
The fastest option at Snusdaddy, 1-3 business days, but generally next day deliver depending on destination.

Our second option is PostNord, or simply local mail.
Generally a cheaper option with tracking that can vary a lot between destinations. This shipping option takes between 5-20 business days depending on your location and many times you will not see any action through the tracking portal until the package is either in the country of the destination or delivered. If you are confident that the package is in your country, you can generally use the tracking number provided to search for the package through your local postal service.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
On Snusdaddy.eu we offer free shipping within the EU and UK for orders over €80. The order is then shipped with UPS or PostNord depending on the location.
How much is shipping?
Place everything you want to order in your cart and go to the checkout where you can easily and swiftly have the shipping calculated.
Are any taxes attached to importing the goods?
There may be depending on your location. We recommend that you make sure to research what is legal and what is not before making an order.
This we know, but it may at any time be subject to change and this information may be outdated.

US - Import taxes for shipments to the USA are paid in full by Snusdaddy, meaning there are no hidden fees coming up after the checkout process is finalized.

EU - No taxes and perfectly legal with tobacco free goods except for the Netherlands where we don't ship. If not there already, visit Snusdaddy.eu to see what we offer with free shipping for orders over €80.

UK - Orders under £135 are tax free. Just like the EU, visit Snusdaddy.eu for free shipping for orders over €80.

Rest of the world - Your order may or may not be subject to tax depending on the amount ordered and your local rules and regulations. Make sure to research any limitations that may apply to ordering snus or nicotine pouches to your region. AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed at our warehouse or shipped, we are still able to cancel it. Make sure to let us know as soon as possible as we will not be able to proceed with this request once the order has been fully processed.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot offer that, but what we can do is cancel the order if it is yet to be processed and shipped. Make sure to let us know as soon as possible as we will not be able to proceed with this request once the order has been fully processed.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information. If you haven't, make sure to check any additional folders through your email service provider. Some mailbox providers (including Gmail) have enabled filters that move newsletters into dedicated folders, so we recommend checking those and other filters you might have enabled. Let us know if you still can't find it and we'll make sure to extract whatever information you need.
Tracking hasn't changed in a while.
For UPS - If you haven't seen movement in 72 hours or more, contact us at [email protected] or +46763097992 so we can contact UPS regarding this and possibly start a search.

For PostNord - The tracking for PostNord or local postal services vary very much from region to region and sometimes tracking will not show anything until the package is delivered which in some cases (Australia in particular) can be weeks. If you are worried your package is lost, contact us and we'll take a look.
I haven't received my package.
Unfortunately we can't follow every single package that we send and from time to time, delivery takes longer than may be necessary. Best thing to do in this case is contact us at [email protected] or +46763097992 and we'll help you find the reason for the package not being delivered yet and work on a resolution.
I received my package but some products are missing/I received the wrong items.
We are only human and mistakes happen. If this is the case, please send a photo of the goods you received and the box they came in to [email protected] and we'll take it from there and make sure it's resolved.
My package is damaged.
While we do our best to not have this happen, sometimes a package gets beat up during transit. If this happens, make sure to keep the original box for inspection and contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with pictures of the goods to start working on a resolution.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the goods we sell, we cannot accept returns.
